Description of problem:

  FTBFS on Rawhide (F-32).


Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

  any


How reproducible:

  100%


Steps to Reproduce:

  1.  Try to build.
  2.  Fails during generation of docs.


Actual results:

  Build fails on generating documentation.  Looks like a problem
  with inkscape-1.0.0-beta1.


Expected results:

  Build finishes successfully.

This bug appears to have been reported against 'rawhide' during the Fedora 32 development cycle.
Changing version to 32.
