irssi now ships a built in otr plugin. This obsoletes the irc-otr package (I maintain) and you are not able to update to F31 when having irssi & irc-otr installed. To be able to properly retire irc-otr, it would be great to have Obsoletes: irc-otr in irssi spec. Thanks

I think it would be great to have it for F31 & Rawhide. Currently if you have irc-otr installed and want to upgrade to F31 you have to first uninstall it, as packages conflict.
I think it's because of /usr/share/irssi/help/otr, the module library has different name. Not sure whether it can co-exists, I will add the Obsoletes.
