Reproduced the issue with redhat-access-plugin-sat5-2.1.0-63 using the reproducer in the original report. Sat 5 was unable to perform the test connection correctly, and clients couldn't register to Insights. After upgrading to redhat-access-plugin-sat5-2.1.0-64, test connection is successful, and clients are able to register, connect and upload to the Insights service.
