For 4.2 specifically for deploying Openshift on Z, we need certain changes to the installer to support DASD devices. The PR in github is:

https://github.com/coreos/coreos-installer/pull/61

Once this PR gets in , we would need the installer to be updated for 4.2 RHCOS.
