Description of problem:
When provisioning a heat template to OpenStack using an Orchestration Catalog Item type, the full details of the stack are not obtained by the refresh performed by default Cloud Orchestration provisioning methods in Automate.

If you provision a heat stack, you will note in the service that the instances are not associated with the service.  You will notice in the stack that parameters, output, etc. are missing.  After performing a full provider refresh, these details become available.  See attached images.

Sample heat template also attached.


Service details: CPU, Memory, Disk Count etc. does not show until full refresh (see screenshots)

1. Create orchestration template using attached heat template
2. Create service Dialog using orchestration template
3. Create catalog item
4. Order this, details do not show until after full refresh is performed

Please retest once https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1776343 is available in a build, currently scheduled to be delivered in 5.10.14.
