Hi Everybody, I just wanted to install fuse-encfs on CentOS 8, but I noticed that fuse-encfs is only available in EL6 and EPEL7. Are there plans on making it available in EPEL8? What is the expected timeframe on it's availability in EPEL8? Thank you very much for you hard work!
Thanks for the interest. Will be done soon.
It need some dependency to be build in epel8 first. Work in progress.

This is still broken, as of today on CentOS 8: # dnf install fuse-encfs Last metadata expiration check: 1:52:24 ago on Fri 13 Nov 2020 07:44:27 PM EST. Error: Problem: conflicting requests - nothing provides libtinyxml2.so.6()(64bit) needed by fuse-encfs-1.9.5-5.el8.x86_64 (try to add '--skip-broken' to skip uninstallable packages or '--nobest' to use not only best candidate packages)

Actually he's right, it doesn't work "out of the box" with EPEL8 installed, and this bug _shouldn't be closed_. If anyone is facing the same issue, just enable `/etc/yum.repos.d/CentOS-Stream-PowerTools.repo`.
