1) because of bug in ansible coming from different stream - fixed in z9 2) I don't know what you are talking about there :/ 3) update of all controllers should take max 90 minutes there is nothing wrong having timeout set to 240. if it takes longer you have to start looking into why. Update in CI takes for 3ctrl3database3messaging3ceph2compute around 4hour all together. It also depends how you are running the update though. 4) because bug in ansible.. 5) https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1749406 still the ansible thing. if it does not take that long because of ansible than we need to investigate. 6) you can run only one controller at the time - actually only one node in role that has pacemaker in it at the time but you can run for multiple roles. 1) looks like bug in some initrd tweaking. This is not openstack related. 2) you need to provide dracut configuration eg change dracut config to get that included. That is not openstack related. 3) yes if you deployed non uefi deployment. See https://access.redhat.com/documentation/en-us/red_hat_openstack_platform/13/html/director_installation_and_usage/appe-alternative_boot_modes
