@Anurag As per our personal chat, your kubelet arguments should have "--resolv-conf="" --network-plugin=cni --cni-bin-dir=C:\k\cni --cni-conf-dir=c:\k\cni\config" appended to it.
"cni-conf-dir" should point to the directory with cni.conf in it, not the absolute path of the config file.

Thank you Suhani, for troubleshooting it with me. Yes, i took it as an absolute path. This doesn't seem to be a bug at this point.
