Description of problem: When in the Developer perspective, graphs that link to the Metrics page (PromQL query browser page) link to the Administrator perspective version of the Metrics page. 1. User switch to Developer perspective 2. Advanced -> Project Details, choose one project such as openshift-console, in Utilization we show project metrics, click any metrics data, it will take you to the Advanced -> Metrics page in Developer perspective with the same current namespace selected Verified on 4.4.0-0.nightly-2019-11-29-143431
