Description of problem:
Migration fails on RHV 4.4

Trying to migrate on latest RHV with master vdsm + libvirt 5.6.0 failed with error on vdsm side - 
libvirt.libvirtError: operation failed: Failed to connect to remote libvirt URI qemu+tls

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install latest RHV 4.4
2. Try to migrate a VM

Actual results:
Migration failed

Expected results:
Migration should work

This version of libvirt:

  libvirt-daemon-5.6.0-5.module+el8.1.0+4229+2e4e348c.x86_64

is very old, and has a bug that prevents TLS sockets working. Please upgrade to the latest build for 8.1.0 & retest

This is what RHV QE got with latest build.

A VM migrates happily for me with libvirt-daemon-5.6.0-6.module+el8.1.0+4244+9aa4e6bb.x86_64.

This bugzilla is included in oVirt 4.4.0 release, published on May 20th 2020.

Since the problem described in this bug report should be
resolved in oVirt 4.4.0 release, it has been closed with a resolution of CURRENT RELEASE.

If the solution does not work for you, please open a new bug report.
