Description of problem:
At this moment users can fit 2k unicode characters into job/recipe whiteboard.
Teams like to use the whiteboard for sorting, but they can't fit enough information into it at this moment.

Potential fix is to expand it.

Write more than 2k chars into Whiteboard field in Jobs/Recipe

Actual results:
2k is maximum

Expected results:
Double it at least
