Description of problem:
Today, RHV-H requires ~60G disk, but after installation it uses a very small fraction of it.  We would like RHV-H's installclass in anaconda to support both regular partitioning and minimal partitioning

Just a note that hosted engine deployment will fail with smaller disk.

Tested RHVH-4.4-20200205.1-RHVH-x86_64-dvd1.iso, when define boot option "node_storage=minimal", and choose auto partitioning, the partitions are created as designed:
