1. Add resume button to each task in the table
2. Select the tasks you want to resume by using select boxes in the table and click 'resume selected' under the select action drop-down button.

Moving this bug to POST for triage into Satellite 6 since the upstream issue https://projects.theforeman.org/issues/27802 has been resolved.
