This was added in the rebase of rdma-core RPM on Thursday 28th # 32-bit arm is missing required arch-specific memory barriers, ExcludeArch: %{arm}
QEMU fix is committed to master, but I can't rebuild QEMU until we rebuild libiscsi first https://src.fedoraproject.org/rpms/libiscsi/pull-request/1
