The email creates a ServiceNow ticket with Red Hat. Individual Bugzilla bugs that are migrated will be moved to status "CLOSED", resolution "MIGRATED", and set with "MigratedToJIRA" in "Keywords". The link to the successor Jira issue will be found under "Links", have a little "two-footprint" icon next to it, and direct you to the "Satellite project" in Red Hat Jira (issue links are of type "", where "X" is a digit). Description Sergei Petrosian 2019-12-02 15:14:01 UTC
Document URL:

Section Number and Name:
5. Managing Users and Roles

Describe the issue:
A new feature was added to impersonate other users for example to debug permissions.

Suggestions for improvement:
Add a section describing this new feature.
Note in particular that audits display actions as performed by a user that was impersonated. Audits do not show the user who impersonated another user and did some action. Therefore, this feature must only be used for debugging purposes.
