Description of problem:
diffoscope tests which compare ppudump output fail because of localtime differences, https://salsa.debian.org/reproducible-builds/diffoscope/issues/9.
Please consider including the patch from
https://sources.debian.org/src/fpc/3.0.4+dfsg-23/debian/patches/honor_SOURCE_DATE_EPOCH_in_date.patch/
in the Fedora build. This seems like a good idea in general.
