Description of problem: When I tried `dnf system-upgrade` to Fedora 31, it failed with a conflict between python2-pep8 and python3-pep8. Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): 1.7.1-2.fc30.noarch How reproducible: always (I think) Steps to Reproduce: 1. Have Fedora 30 2. install both python2-pep8 and python3-pep8 3. run `dnf system-upgrade` to Fedora 31 Actual results: It aborts with this error message: > Error: Transaction test error: > file /usr/bin/pep8 from install of python3-pep8-1.7.1-4.fc31.noarch conflicts with file from package python2-pep8-1.7.1-2.fc30.noarch Expected results: No error message and no conflict.
