This same link will be available in a blue banner at the top of the page informing you that that bug has been migrated.

Description of problem:
new /usr/share/kde4/apps/kwin/decorations/kwin4_decorations_qml_plastik/contents/ui/main.qml results in KDE window decoration Plastik being no longer functional/available, leaving Oxygen, BII Preview and Laptop as the only choices in KDE system settings / window decorations.

Reverting to the old main.qml and relogging fixes the issue
