Description of problem:
Bare metal host BMC address validation does not allow IPV6 based url as input and won't let user create such host through UI


How reproducible:
!00%


Steps to Reproduce:
1. Navigate to 'Compute' -> 'Bare Metal Hosts'
2. Click 'Add Host' button
3. Fill the host details and provide following BMC Address: 'ipmi://[2001:0db8:85a3:0000:0000:8a2e:0370:7334]:6032'

Actual results:
The input is marked as invalid and won't allow submitting the form

Expected results:
The input is valid and form can be submitted

Verified in 4.3.1 as well.
