We tested the update: https://bodhi.fedoraproject.org/updates/FEDORA-2019-0e9a61f3a6 and it seems to work fine. Please promote that to stable.
If you give +1 to xorg-x11-server-1.20.6-1.fc30 in bodhi, that will get pushed to stable.
