The link to the successor Jira issue will be found under "Links", have a little "two-footprint" icon next to it, and direct you to the "RHEL project" in Red Hat Jira (issue links are of type "https://issues.redhat.com/browse/RHEL-XXXX", where "X" is a digit). This same link will be available in a blue banner at the top of the page informing you that that bug has been migrated.

Description of problem:
Only able to run one screen with version xorg-x11-drv-ati-19.0.1-2.el7on ES1000 gpu

How reproducible:
- update to xorg-x11-drv-ati-19.0.1-2.el7 with ES1000 GPU

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Update from 18.1.0-1.el7_6 to 19.0.1-2.el7
2. reboot
3.

Actual results:
- Unable to run more than one screen

Expected results:
- Multiple screens should work

Issue also goes away when forcing modesetting, though at lower resolution
