Description of problem:

How reproducible:


Steps to Reproduce:
1. Run "yum install qgis"
2. Launch qgis


Actual results:
QGIS runs, but shows a warning in the GUI: "Authentication System: DISABLED. Resources authenticating via the system can not be accessed"

Expected results:
QGIS should run without visible warnings.

Additional info:
Installing qca-ossl makes the warning disappear.
