Hi,

Please can an EPEL8 build of python-lazy-object-proxy be made?

Unfortunately if the HEAD (python-lazy-object-proxy-1.4.3-1.fc32) is 
attempted there are some problems because the version of setuptools_scm
in 8 is too old.

However take the fc31 package 


python-lazy-object-proxy-1.3.1-10.fc31

then this package builds an installs in a EPEL 8 mock environment.
