Description of problem: Appears we don't have a distcc package for epel8.  Can we build distcc for epel8.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):  Latest release: 3.3.3.

Looks like el8 has everything distcc 3.3.x needs excluding gnome monitor support, libgnomeui was removed.
