Description of problem:
During preparing translation I found difference between 
textual screenshot and description below it.

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open chapter 41.5.2. Using opreport on a Single Executable
2. Look into text output of utility
3. The first columnt did not contains (vma) mentioned later
  
Actual results:
Output did not contains column with vma data but description below said "The
first column is the starting virtual memory address (vma)".

Expected results:
Corrected text screenshot or its description.

Removed the vma description (which applied only to reports with the -d option).
