Description of problem: Cockpit should pass the Common Criteria certification for RHEL 8.2. Most of the issues are tracked by bug 1754163, but there's one aspect that is still missing: Cockpit should show the last login, and should show a warning for failed logins (pam_lastlog) on the front page.

1. Try to log into your machine (with cockpit, VT, or gdm) using a wrong password
2. Log into cockpit

Actual results: No particular warning

Expected results: There should be an alert about the previously failed login
