Description of problem:
Export VM without collapse to data domain while snapshot is being created fails with no clear error in the UI

Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Create snapshot to VM (cold)
2.Try to export VM without collapse while snapshot is being created


Actual results:
Operation fails without clear error in the UI


Expected results:
Operation should be blocked with clear error in the UI when trying to export VM while snapshot is being created

Verified on engine-4.4.0-0.25.master.el8ev.

This bugzilla is included in oVirt 4.4.0 release, published on May 20th 2020.

Since the problem described in this bug report should be
resolved in oVirt 4.4.0 release, it has been closed with a resolution of CURRENT RELEASE.
