User Story: [RHHIV-1.7-upgrade] As a deployment operator, I need to know how to upgrade my environment from RHHI-V 1.6 to RHHI-V 1.7, without having to navigate to additional documentation to complete my upgrade.

QE have done one round of upgrade testing from RHHI-V 1.6 to RHHI-V 1.7.
There are no changes that I see here.

But once again, currently performing the last upgrade testing using the RHVH 4.3.8 candidate.
I will update the bug with the relevant information
