/usr/lib64/libfribidi.so.0.4.0 stopped providing fribidi_log2vis_get_embedding_levels() function. But the soname was not changed. This is an ABI regression between fribidi 1.0.7 and 1.0.8.

This has been fixed in upstream commit c4d0f2f. Please apply it.
