Description of problem:

all of these look like apiserver or auth related tests to me except for the deploymentconfig failure which has its own bug already.

these tests are consistently failing in this job (see https://testgrid.k8s.io/redhat-openshift-ocp-release-4.3-informing#release-openshift-origin-installer-old-rhcos-e2e-aws-4.3&sort-by-flakiness=)

Setting target release to the active development branch (4.4). For fixes, if any, which require backport to prior versions, clones of this BZ will be created.

fail [k8s.io/kubernetes/test/e2e/upgrades/apps/deployments.go:171]: Unexpected error

seems to be present in all failures for this job, moving to relevant component.
