This same link will be available in a blue banner at the top of the page informing you that that bug has been migrated.

After some changes done in RHEL7.8 internal testsuite of util-linux fails.
The libmount test should be repaired for RHEL7 packages

The internal test suite is not ready for empty arguments (""), but recent changes (backported from upstream) in the package use it. 

It's trivial change (change $* to "$@" in tests/functions.sh).
