Device_Performance_graph_not seen under OSD

Description of problem:- 

Physical device performance graphs for OSDs are not shown up in Dashboard 4.0 on Rhel 7.7

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): 
ceph version 14.2.4-32.el7cp (37f3f311651b4c09741ae3aa574f27410e8c056c) nautilus (stable)



How reproducible: 
always




Steps to Reproduce:
1. Deploy 4.0 ceph-cluster on rhel 7.7 using ceph-ansible.
2. Launch the dashboard installed.
3. On Dashboard, Navigate to cluster->OSDs
4.Click on each OSD. Scroll down to the bottom check for device performance tab
under OSD


Actual results:
No Graphs seen

Expected results:
Device performance graphs should be displayed

I was unable to see the issue. Able to see the physical device performance charts.
