Description of problem:
After creating a cluster, if we edit this cluster, when the Azure information is edited this new information introduced is not saved.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. In App Migration main screen click on "Add" to add a new cluster
2. Fill in the information. Make sure to click on "Azure cluster" checkbox and fill in the "Azure resource group*" field too.
3. Save the cluster
4. Click on "Edit" to edit the cluster.
5. Modify the information regarding Azure. "Azure resource group*" or the "Azure cluster" checkbox.
6. Save the edited information

Actual results:
The Azure edited information is not saved, and the original information is not edited. If you edit again the cluster, you will see that the information regarding Azure is the original one, and not the one provided when the cluster was edited.

Plus, the "Update cluster" button is not active when those fields are modified, if we click on it, nothing happens. The button is active only if other fields are changed too.

Expected results:
The Azure information should be edited and updated properly.
