Hi,

I haven't been able to figure out how to navigate to the packaging
instructions page [1] from the home page or the docs page [2].  The only
packaging-related link from that page is the link to the Packaging
Guidelines page [3] which also doesn't have a link to the packaging
instructions page.

Could you please add a link somewhere?  It would increase usability and
probably reduce annoying questions on fedora-devel.
