Description of problem:
In the Cluster Settings/Global Configuration list, the configuration resource is listed as "Alertmanager" but after clicking through, the page title says "Alerting". The title should be changed to "Alertmanager" to match the list item

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Navigate to Cluster Settings
2. Click Global Configuration tab
3. Click on Alertmanager list item
4. Look at page title

Actual results:
Page title says "Alerting"

Expected results:
Page title should say "Alertmanager"
