Description of problem:
[nmstate] Support bridge_opts custom properties for nmstate usage.

Currently we have a gap in the custom properties implementation, the ethtoool opts already working, but bridge_opts still not supported.

Verified on - vdsm-4.40.7-1.el8ev.x86_64 and nmstate-0.2.6-4.8.el8.noarch

This bugzilla is included in oVirt 4.4.0 release, published on May 20th 2020.

Since the problem described in this bug report should be
resolved in oVirt 4.4.0 release, it has been closed with a resolution of CURRENT RELEASE.
