Tested this BZ in upstream version (ManageIQ Jansa Version master.20200118225846) The issue is fixed upstream and we able to configure the conversion host with target provider only and without source provider added. We got below message when target provider is missing. "There are no providers available from which to configure a conversion host. You must configure a target provider before configuring conversion hosts."
