virglrenderer needs libepoxy 1.5.4, current rhel-8.2 is at 1.8.3 (rebase bug 1728788).

Same tests like https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1802457#c2 have been performed to virglrenderer-0.8.1-1.module+el8.2.0+5515+afa04555 and I get the same results.
