Hi,

When RHOSP 16.0 ships, the "Networking Guide" will no longer contain the LBaaS
chapter (Chapter 15).

Hi,

The chapter entitled "Configure Load Balancing-as-a-Service with the Networking
LBaaSv2 API" (previously labeled "Chapter 15") has been removed from the 16.0 
Networking Guide.

This change actually occurred earlier, when RHOSP 16.0 shipped (early Feb 2020).
I forgot to return to this BZ and close it until now!
