The DejaVu font packages currently point to http://dejavu-fonts.org/, which is now an ad-laden parked domain.  It should point to the current DejaVu project URL, https://dejavu-fonts.github.io/

Thanks for the report!

This problem is fixed with many others in the builds in
https://copr.fedorainfracloud.org/coprs/nim/fonts-rpm-macros/

Those builds are waiting for FPC to end reviewing
https://pagure.io/packaging-committee/pull-request/934

to be pushed Fedora side (probably just in devel, given the amount of fixes and changes)
