Description Dennis Gilmore 2020-01-16 20:17:52 UTC
Description of problem:
In OCP 4.2 we are only supporting FCP disks via single-path and not multi-path as is normally done. this is due to the support for multi-path taking too long to land in RHEL CoreOS. We need to document the limitation and add a note that if you need redundant paths to the disk you need to use DASD disks in OCP 4.2

I've updated the language based on feedback from David Benoit. Will you please confirm that this is acceptable to merge?

Hi Dan! Yes, this change is live (https://docs.openshift.com/container-platform/4.2/installing/installing_ibm_z/installing-ibm-z.html), so I'm closing the issue. Thanks for checking in on it.
