Fixed in ignition-0.34.0-1.rhaos4.2.git92f874c.el8

Will need to generate new 4.2z bare metal artifacts to deliver it completely.

Updated boot media for bare metal installs will be made available as part of the 4.2.18 release.

4.2.17 ended up getting skipped.  

However, 4.2.18 was released yesterday (Feb 11) - https://access.redhat.com/errata/RHBA-2020:0394

The updated boot media that includes the necessary fixes can be found on mirror.openshift.com:

I neglected to correctly attach this BZ to the errata, but will move this BZ to CLOSED/CURRENTRELEASE
