We need to also document ContainerImageRegistryLogin: true. If a user does not specify push_destination in the ContainerImagePrepare setting but provides a credentials they are not used unless ContainerImageRegistryLogin is configured with `true`.  Context BZ#1791784.  This is probably true for OSP14+ (and maybe even 13).

Confirmed OSP15 is also affected.
