Juanmi has verified this works with cephadm without the need of extending this command.

Indications for QE to verify it works:

Environment:

* cephadm deployment with more than 1 Grafana server (ideally 3 to match OpenStack deployment model)

Steps:

1. Log to each of the Grafana servers directly, 
2. And verify that the Ceph-dashboard Grafana Dashboards (hosts, osds, etc.) are displayed in each of them.
3. In case they aren't, an empty Grafana landing page (no dashboards imported) should be displayed instead.

I don't think this BZ duplicates bz#1926629 . Instead this looks like https://github.com/ceph/ceph/pull/40537#issuecomment-811742848
