Description of problem:

Currently, disk belongs to a template cannot be edited.
For example, we cannot enable/disable incremental backup support for template disks.

Editing the VM properties is allowed and there is no prevention from allowing to edit the template disks also.

4.4.0_master

How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create a VM with disks
2. Create a template from the VM in step 1
3. Try to edit the template disks

Actual results:
Editing the template disks is not allowed

Expected results:
Editing the template disks should be allowed
