When benefits of bz1636508 become available we should verify and document you can  pass the newly available parameters to use the new feqature via CephAnsibleDisksConfig, CephAnsibleExtraConfig, and CephConfigOverrides in TripleO.

ceph-ansible parts done. Feature available in ceph-ansible 4.0.8+ for 16 and 3.2.39+ for 13.
