Description of problem:

Logs are spammed every couple of seconds with:
messages:Jan 21 22:18:52 controller-0 systemd[1]: tripleo_horizon_healthcheck.service: Failed with result 'exit-code'.
messages:Jan 21 22:18:52 controller-0 systemd[1]: Failed to start horizon healthcheck.
messages:Jan 21 22:20:37 controller-0 podman[527612]: Error: exec failed: container_linux.go:346: starting container process caused "exec: \"/openstack/healthcheck\": stat /openstack/healthcheck: no such file or directory": OCI runtime command not found error
messages:Jan 21 22:20:37 controller-0 systemd[1]: tripleo_horizon_healthcheck.service: Failed with result 'exit-code'.

The healthcheck is completely missing:

And yet the script is really missing:

[root@controller-0 ~]# podman logs horizon | grep health
[root@controller-0 ~]# podman exec -it horizon bash
()[root@controller-0 /]# ls -l /openstack
ls: cannot access '/openstack': No such file or directory
()[root@controller-0 /]# 

So the tripleo-common code from tripleo_kolla_template_overrides.j2 has to be lost somewhere.

Is this still an issue? Martin added an fixed-in-version in https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1793881#c4, openstack-tripleo-common-containers-11.3.3-0.20200121231250.3c68b48.el8ost.noarch.rpm

Radomir, can you confirm, or maybe Itzik can do that?
