This bug appears to have been reported against 'rawhide' during the Fedora 32 development cycle. Changing version to 32.

Fixed by https://src.fedoraproject.org/rpms/dahdi-tools/c/a4d17dc7528afa8f560de9a72b735e4c024eacca?branch=master, it looks like. The current version in Rawhide builds for both Rawhide and F32.
