Description of problem:

Missing dependicies during install pcsc-tools-1.5.3-3.el8.x86_64.rpm on Centos 8.

[root@lab8a ~]# dnf install pcsc-tools
Last metadata expiration check: 0:06:36 ago on Wed 22 Jan 2020 01:16:40 PM CET.
Error:
 Problem: conflicting requests
  - nothing provides perl(Chipcard::PCSC) needed by pcsc-tools-1.5.3-3.el8.x86_64
  - nothing provides perl(Chipcard::PCSC::Card) needed by pcsc-tools-1.5.3-3.el8.x86_64
(try to add '--skip-broken' to skip uninstallable packages or '--nobest' to use not only best candidate packages)

The missing package is pcsc-perl, which is already on its way to epel (please, install from updates-testing):

Though it is correct that we should fix the dependency in this package so thank you for the reminder.
