Error: Problem: conflicting requests - nothing provides perl(Chipcard::PCSC) needed by pcsc-tools-1.5.3-3.el8.x86_64 - nothing provides perl(Chipcard::PCSC::Card) needed by pcsc-tools-1.5.3-3.el8.x86_64 (try to add '--skip-broken' to skip uninstallable packages or '--nobest' to use not only best candidate packages)
The missing package is pcsc-perl, which is already on its way to epel (please, install from updates-testing): https://bodhi.fedoraproject.org/updates/FEDORA-EPEL-2020-df6a942f5a Though it is correct that we should fix the dependency in this package so thank you for the reminder.
