At this stage due to problems with inotify in the glibc in rawhide, we cannot
build dovecot with inotify support as dovecot does not bring it's own inotify
headers in.  Basically dovecot fails to build.

More information on why inotify is not functioning is in
https://bugzilla.redhat.com/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=179366

As soon as this is fixed, we should specify inotify as our file notification
method in dovecot rather than dnotify.

This bug has a dependency on bug 179366, so we need to block on that bug being
fixed first.

Built with inotify in rawhide (and fc5).
